Introduction to the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the six6ss platform and all its users ("Member" or "you"). By using any service provided through the six6ss website, mobile application, or any other channel, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Key Definitions

The following terms are used in these Terms with the meanings described below:

• "Platform" — The collective term for the six6ss website, app, and all associated services.
• "Member" — Any person who has created an account on six6ss.
• "Account" — A Member's registered personal profile on the platform.
• "Wallet" — The virtual fund storage system within a Member's account.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional reward or offer provided by six6ss.
• "Bet" — A specific amount of money placed at risk in a game or event.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to participate on the six6ss platform. This platform operates for users aged 21 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet the age requirement stated above. six6ss reserves the right to close any account where false information has been provided, and any balance in that account may be forfeited.

Single Account Policy

Each Member may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. In case of a violation of this rule, all associated accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses or winnings will be considered void.

Accuracy of Information

It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that all information provided at the time of registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. If any information changes, our support team must be notified immediately. six6ss may request a national identity card or other documents at any time for identity verification purposes.

Deposit Terms

Members must deposit funds using a payment method registered in their own name. Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited. six6ss reserves the right to verify each deposit amount and may request additional information if necessary.

Withdrawal Terms

Your identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may increase in unusual circumstances or for security-related reasons. six6ss reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the case of any ongoing investigation.

Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the six6ss platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No facility is available for transactions in other currencies.

Welcome Bonus Terms

New Members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, applicable up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To be eligible to withdraw the bonus, a minimum wager of 15 times the total bonus amount must be placed. For example, if you deposit ৳28,000, you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and your total balance will be ৳48,000.

General Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used to play games on the six6ss platform.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering conditions must be fulfilled within a set time period after the bonus is issued.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• If a bet placed with bonus funds is found to be in violation of bonus terms, the related transaction will be considered void.

VIP Program

The six6ss VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.2% weekly cashback, Silver 0.3%, Gold 0.5%, Platinum 0.6%, and Diamond up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Changes to VIP tier depend on a Member's regular gaming activity.

Game Operation Terms

All games on the six6ss platform are operated by third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others). Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly audited. six6ss firmly believes in the principle of fair play.

Technical Issues

six6ss will not be held responsible for technical problems or disconnections that occur during a game session. In such situations, the state of the game will be determined according to the software provider's server records. If an incorrect amount is displayed in any game due to a technical error, six6ss will pay the correct amount and may cancel the erroneous transaction.

Responsible Gaming

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the six6ss platform:

• Gaining unauthorized access to another Member's account.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Account Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any withdrawable balance remaining in your wallet will be settled before the request is processed.

six6ss reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a Member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Bonus abuse.
• In accordance with the directive of any legal authority.
